Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will assist in planning, coordinating, and executing IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly.
• Facilitate clear and effective communication between clients and internal teams.
• Schedule and participate in client meetings, providing regular project updates and reports.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to established deadlines.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Act as a liaison between project teams, stakeholders, and clients.
• Facilitate regular meetings to provide updates on project status and milestones.
• Address and resolve project-related queries promptly.
• Identify potential project risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
• Track and escalate issues to senior management as needed.
• Utilize project management tools to track progress and manage resources.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and methodologies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and designers, to achieve project goals.
• Support in resource allocation and workload distribution.
• Must provide flexibility with timings as per your project requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2 to 3 years in project coordination in the IT industry.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) and basic IT knowledge.
