Job Description


Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with different departments.
Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members.
Schedule meetings and manage meeting agendas/MOMs.
Arrange corporate events to take place inside/outside of the workplace, staff appreciation events, etc.
Working with departments on behalf of executives to check progress and raise any red flags.
Managing goals and deadlines for management/executive activities on organizational growth.
Following up with executives on their to-do lists, and schedules to get things done.
Use of management, productivity, and documentation tools.
Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among the staff.

Qualifications
Any Graduate

Skills
A passionate fresher can do
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Excellent MS Office knowledge
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines)
Discretion and confidentiality

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
