Job Summary
The Franchisee Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating projects related to the establishment and operation of franchise locations. This includes overseeing project timelines, supporting franchisees, facilitating communication, and ensuring that all franchise projects meet company standards. The role requires close collaboration with franchisees, the corporate team, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Coordination & Execution
o Coordinate and manage the end-to-end processes of new franchise openings, from initial approval through to launch.
o Develop project timelines and track progress to ensure that deadlines are met.
o Conduct site visits (as needed) to evaluate project progress and resolve any on-site issues.
o Work closely with the corporate team, including marketing, operations, and legal departments, to ensure a smooth project rollout.
o Coordinate with third-party vendors, contractors, and other service providers as necessary to support franchisee project needs.
2. Franchisee Support & Communication
o Serve as the primary point of contact for franchisees regarding project-related inquiries.
o Provide continuous support and guidance to franchisees, ensuring they have all necessary resources and information.
o Communicate regularly with franchisees to keep them updated on project milestones and any changes to timelines or requirements.
3. Documentation & Compliance
o Assist franchisees in completing all necessary paperwork, permits, and other documentation required for project execution.
o Ensure all franchise projects adhere to the company's standards, legal regulations, and industry best practices.
4. Reporting & Analytics
o Provide regular updates to the senior management on project status, challenges.
o Analyze project data to identify trends, improvements, or areas needing attention.
Qualifications
? Education: Any Bachelor's degree, Project Management, or a related field.
? Experience: 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably within a franchise, retail, interior, or corporate environment.
? Skills:
o Strong organizational and time-management skills.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Proficient in project management tools.
o Proficient in interior designing tools.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
o Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
? Travel: Occasional travel may be required for site visits or franchisee support.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
