• Assist in the planning and scheduling project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Communicate effectively with project team members to provide updates, gather feedback, and address issues or concerns.
• Track project progress and monitor key performance indicators to ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Prepare and distribute project documentation, including status reports, meeting agendas, and minutes.
• Assist in the identification and mitigation of project risks and dependencies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless project execution and alignment with organizational goals.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and follow-up actions.
• Support project managers in the implementation of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing tools is a plus.
• Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Preparation of all kinds of reports.
