Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project In-Charge with 4 to 5 years of relevant experience to oversee AMCs and service operations for our customers in the digital pump controller and water management sector. This role is critical in ensuring customer satisfaction through effective management of service contracts and support services.
Key Responsibilities
• Execute AMC / service call (i.e receive complaint, allocate engineer etc)
• Search new vendor , follow-up for required quotation, negotiation, placement of order
• Prepare Quotation for our client Follow-up for send quotation with client Receive Work order / purchase order from client
• Provision of material : i) Arrange material for engineers which is required for repairing purpose. ii) Arranging delivery boy for material delivery to engineers.
• Prepare delivery challan / invoice for received order's Submission of invoices at client through our project engineer.Payment follow-up :
• Recovery : Responsible to recover outstanding payment.
• Search new project site / MEP consultants on internet Maintain MEP Consultant / contractor data Fix appointment of MEP Consultant / contractor with Marketing Executive
• Reporting of engineers : i) Reporting from engineer regarding attended calls, & issued material for servicing. ii) Reporting in accounts department regarding site expenses, advance taken or any other.
• ERP : Monitoring all servicing entry done by service incharge .
• Monitor Projects : Monitor service engineers prepare / rectify sales repair invoice, Check material transfer entry, Co-ordination with other department:
• i) Co- ordinate with store department regarding spare material for engineer, stationery etc.
• ii) Co- ordination with account department regarding sales repair invoices, engineers expenses vouchers, NEFT details, vendor registration, supplementary invoice document etc.
• iii) Co- ordination with testing department regarding online support to customer / Engineer etv
• iv) Co-ordinate with marketing department regarding survey / customer complaint, customer feedback, any new inquiry etc.
• v) Co-ordinate with ERP department regarding system update, data entry in tally, & query in system if any.
• vi) Co-ordinate with purchase department regarding quotations, HSN codes etc.
• vii) Co-ordinate with Support team for non-standard quotation's Reporting to at evening to Sales head. Reporting to General Manager Reporting To Managing Director Documentation: Responsible to maintain & update departmental data in system as well as filling.
• Help to marketing department prepare MIS report Support to Dispatch / packing department Checking Sales order / purchase order
• Provide training to Newly join employee Help / arrangement in company's event (i.e sport, festival, Exhibition or any)
• Arrangement of guest hospitality Arrangement of client technical training (i.e hospitality & certificate)
• Support to servicing department (all servicing related work)
• Attend MIS meeting / engineers meeting / sales meeting / general meeting
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
