Job Description

Key responsibilities of a Project Coordinator & documentation controller:

Document Management System (DMS) Administration:

Setting up and managing the DMS, including user access control, document indexing, and metadata tagging.

Document Creation and Distribution:

Receiving new documents, assigning appropriate document numbers and codes, and distributing them to relevant stakeholders.

Version Control:

Tracking document revisions, ensuring only the latest version is accessible, and managing document change logs.

Document Filing and Archiving:

Organizing documents electronically and physically, following established filing systems, and managing document retention policies.

Quality Control:

Reviewing documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established standards before distribution.

Document Retrieval:

Responding to requests for documents from authorized users in a timely manner.

Reporting and Analysis:

Generating reports on document usage, access patterns, and potential issues related to document control.

Preparation of Minutes of Meeting

and circulating to the concerned within 4 - 6 hours.

Organizing meetings

on demand by core team / Clients and circulating the agenda.

Coordinating with project execution team

in generating timely reports and verifying internally with core team prior submission.
Required Skills:

Attention to Detail:

Ability to meticulously review documents for accuracy and consistency.

Organizational Skills:

Efficiently managing large volumes of documents and maintaining a structured filing system.

Technical Proficiency:

Expertise in using document management software and related applications.

Communication Skills:

Clearly communicating document procedures and addressing inquiries from stakeholders.

Data Entry Skills:

Accurate data entry for document metadata and indexing.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?700,000.00 - ?800,000.00 per year
