Role Overview
The PLS Coordinator will be responsible for implementing the Progressive Learning System (PLS) projects, ensuring their alignment with organizational objectives and NEP 2020 guidelines. The role involves planning, coordinating, monitoring, and evaluating PLS activities to achieve measurable and sustainable educational outcomes.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Implementation & Coordination
• Oversee the implementation of PLS across schools or designated centers.
• Coordinate with teachers, facilitators, and peer educators to ensure the adoption of the PLS methodology.
• Organize training sessions and workshops for educators and stakeholders.
Monitoring & Reporting
• Monitor project progress using real-time data from the PLS digital system.
• Generate reports and analyze data to evaluate project performance.
• Identify challenges and recommend solutions to improve project outcomes.
Stakeholder Engagement
• Serve as the primary point of contact for schools, NGOs, and government bodies involved in PLS projects.
• Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders to ensure smooth project operations.
Content & Resource Management
• Assist in the distribution and management of PLS books and other educational materials.
• Ensure adherence to the PLS curriculum and methodology guidelines.
Field Visits & Assessments
• Conduct regular field visits to evaluate project implementation.
• Collect feedback from teachers, students, and community members to improve the program.
Administrative Support
• Maintain records of project activities, attendance, and other essential documentation.
• Support the Project Manager in budgeting and resource allocation for PLS activities.

Pay: From ?10,357.34 per month
