Job Summary

Atom Aviation Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of drone-based projects, with a focus on GIS mapping and spatial analysis. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in project coordination, proficiency in GIS tools (AutoCAD, ArcGIS, QGIS, and Global Mapper), and a passion for working in innovative surveillance technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Coordination: Manage and oversee the daily operations of drone surveillance projects from initiation to completion. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project timelines, goals, and budgets are met.
• GIS Mapping and Analysis: Utilize GIS software (AutoCAD, ArcGIS, QGIS, Global Mapper) to support project requirements, including spatial analysis, mapping, data visualization, and georeferencing.
• Data Management: Collect, process, and analyze spatial data captured from drones, ensuring accuracy and relevance for project needs. Provide insights and reports based on analyzed data.
• Scheduling and Planning: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, task assignments, and milestones. Track progress and prepare regular status updates for stakeholders.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including maps, technical drawings, project reports, and data logs, ensuring all project information is accessible and up to date.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with the technical, engineering, and field teams to ensure seamless project execution and address any challenges or changes promptly.
• Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure that data collected and analyzed meets industry standards and client expectations.
• Training and Support: Assist in training and supporting team members on GIS software, mapping techniques, and best practices for data collection and interpretation.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Geography, Geospatial Sciences, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, preferably within the drone surveillance, GIS, or geospatial industry.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in GIS software including AutoCAD, ArcGIS, QGIS, and Global Mapper. Familiarity with additional GIS or data visualization tools is a plus.
• Project Management: Strong understanding of project management principles, including scheduling, task assignment, budgeting, and reporting.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret spatial data, generate insights, and create detailed maps and reports.
• Attention to Detail: Excellent focus on accuracy and detail in both mapping work and project coordination tasks.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for liaising with clients, presenting data insights, and preparing reports.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to adapt quickly to changing project requirements and resolve issues efficiently.

Preferred Skills

• Certification in GIS or project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
• Experience working with drone technology, UAV operations, or remote sensing data.
• Knowledge of spatial data collection, processing, and integration with drone mapping tools.
• Familiarity with mapping standards and data management protocols for geospatial data.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
