Job Title: Project Coordinator (Female Only)

Location - Sainik Farm, Saket Delhi

• New Project Initiation with Project Team
• Vendor database management
• Issue of all Purchase Orders and keep a track of the same.
• Single point contact for Drafting and issuing letters and other documents for the projects
• Issue of all Purchase Orders and keep a track of the same
• Machinery responsibility of upkeep, handover and keeping track of the same
• Stock responsibility of synthetic material and to maintain stock records
• Coordinate with vendors for purchase of items for ongoing projects
• Billing coordination with the Billing engineer and Project Manager
• MIS reports on project letters, work orders, purchase orders, Machinery details, stock records etc. on weekly basis
• Record keeping of all the necessary documents pertaining to the job description and monthly submission of the same.
• Project planning and execution - multiple projects
• Tender/Project Conditions and requirement check post work award
• Submission of all necessary documents as per the agreement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project coordination or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of project management principles and practices.
