We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator cum Quantity Estimator to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strong organizational skills and expertise in estimating project quantities and costs. As a key member of the project management team, you will oversee the execution of various projects while ensuring they meet time, cost, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate project activities and ensure smooth execution.
• Prepare detailed quantity estimates for materials, labor, and equipment.
• Monitor project progress, track timelines, and identify potential delays.
• Assist in project budgeting and cost estimation.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to management and stakeholders.
• Manage project documentation and maintain records of all project-related data.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in project coordination and quantity estimation.
• Proficient in project management software and estimation tools.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry standards.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations is a plus.
