Roles & Responsibilities:

Project Performance Tracking & Monitoring

Assist the Delivery Manager in tracking and monitoring the performance of delivery resources.
Collect and analyze data to track KPIs and ensure targets are being met.
Prepare and distribute regular reports on project performance and resource utilization.

Project Documentation & Communication:

Support the development and maintenance of comprehensive project documentation.
Help coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly tasks and schedules for delivery resources.
Assist with client communication and ensure all client requirements are being addressed.
Prepare and distribute regular reports on project performance and resource utilization.
Support the implementation of delivery plans and ensure adherence to project timelines.
Provide administrative support to the delivery team as needed.

Team Coordination:

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a delivery support or project coordination role.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and prepare reports. Must have experience in advance Excel.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
