Job Summary:
Coordinate project activities, ensure timely completion, facilitate communication among
stakeholders, and manage procurement processes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
A. Project Management:
1. Project planning: Assist in developing project schedules, resource allocation, and
budgeting.
2. Coordination: Manage project documentation, correspondence, RFIs, and change orders.
3. Communication: Liaise between project teams, clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
4. Monitoring: Track project progress, identify potential delays, and report to management.
5. Administrative tasks: Maintain project records, update project management software,
coordinate meetings.
B. Procurement and Purchasing:
1. Purchase orders: Prepare, review, and manage purchase orders, ensuring compliance
with company policies.
2. Vendor management: Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure
timely delivery of materials and services.
3. Procurement tracking: Monitor and report on procurement status, lead times, and delivery
schedules.
4. Inventory management: Ensure proper storage, handling, and tracking of project
materials.
5. Compliance: Verify compliance with procurement regulations, company policies, and
industry standards.
C. Budgeting and Cost Control:
1. Budgeting: Assist in monitoring project expenses and budget compliance.
2. Cost tracking: Monitor and report on project costs, identifying potential variances.
3. Financial reporting: Provide regular financial reports to project stakeholders.
D. Quality Control and Risk Management:
1. Quality control: Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
2. Risk management: Identify and mitigate potential project risks.
E. Documentation and Compliance:
1. Documentation: Maintain project files, records, and documentation.
2. Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
Candidate Preference:
Minimum 1 - 3 Years of experience as Project Coordinator.
The salary range will be Rs. 13,000 to Rs. 25,000 is the maximum and its depends upon your skills and your experience etc.
This Position is an Immediate hiring, So the applying candidate should be ready to join immediately is most appreciable.
Both male & female candidates can be given preference.
The Applying Candidate must have a two-wheeler with valid License. where the official visits can be considered for a petrol conveyance /reimbursement with the Proper proof submission.
In the Chennai Locality area candidates will be given more preference for this profile.
