For more information, visit our website at .Role Overview - Project CoordinatorWe are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the design management of cutting-edge Data Center projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MEP design coordination, proficiency in design management tools like SmartSheets, Procore and a collaborative mindset to ensure seamless project execution.Key Responsibilities1) Design Coordination and Review:

• Liaise with the Project Manager for design-related clarifications and guidance.
• Review MEP contractor shop drawings for service coordination and ensure alignment with overall project design.
• Assist in verifying that design specifications meet project requirements and compliance standards.

2) Scheduling and Planning:

• Develop and maintain detailed schedules for design deliverables, ensuring alignment with project timelines.
• Track and monitor progress on design submissions, revisions, and approvals.

3) Design Documentation Management:

• Prepare and manage design program and equipment scope schedules, detailing construction and maintenance requirements.
• Ensure all documentation, including design drawings, is properly archived and accessible to stakeholders.

4) Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Work closely with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure integrated design solutions.
• Facilitate coordination between MEP and civil disciplines during the design stage.

5) Quality Assurance and Compliance:

• Assist in conducting design reviews to ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Implement and monitor design quality control processes to maintain high standards.

6) Issue Resolution:

• Identify and resolve design-related conflicts or discrepancies during the project lifecycle.
• Provide support in addressing RFI (Request for Information) responses from client, sub consultants & contractors

Key Skills & Software Proficiency1) Technical Skills: Strong understanding of MEP design coordination and Data Center requirements.2) Software Expertise:

• Project management tools such as SmartSheets, Microsoft Project, Procore or equivalent.
• Design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar platforms for coordination and review.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and documentation.

3) Soft Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in design coordination for MEP systems, preferably in Data Centers or critical facilities.
• Familiarity with local and international building codes and industry best practices.
