Location(s)Bangalore, KarnatakaCompanyMolexCareer FieldEngineeringJob Number158936Your JobAs a Project Coordinator in Molex\'s Copper Solutions Business Unit, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining project management toolset, monitoring daily progress of projects, providing detailed updates to global project management team and other stakeholders. Leveraging your expertise in other toolsets, you will support key reviews and contribute to various key areas in project management. You are organized, analytical, comfortable working in a global business, solving problems, and training others.Our TeamMolex\'s Copper Solutions Business Unit (CSBU) is a global team that works together to deliver exceptional products to worldwide telecommunication and data center customers. CSBU is one of the most highly technically advanced business units within Molex. Its objective is to enable the technology that customers will need in the next 2-5 years.What You Will Do

• Monitoring daily progress of key projects and update project management team on key milestones, risks and issues
• Initiate, maintain project structure and status in project management system and toolkit
• Primary lead responsible for development, enhancements, reporting, & support projects and portfolios
• Develop and maintain project/portfolio performance database and reports that track overall progress and achievement of phase reviews and milestones
• Prepare and distribute project material, including project plans, status reports, and change requests
• Monitor and report project risks and outcomes to appropriate management channels, and escalate issues according to project and portfolio work plans
• Build, maintain, and lead business unit training related to project tools and reporting
• Support project change control and decision documentation needs
• Support CSBU Director of Project Management and Project Managers
• Perform other related duties and initiatives as assigned by management.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Sense of ownership and accountability
• Microsoft Office Experience
• Bachelor\'s degree in engineering, finance, manufacturing, supply management, or related field
• Willingness to work non-standard hours (1:30 pm - 10:30pm India Standard Time; IST)
• Willingness to travel domestically or internationally up to 10% of time
• Self-driven with ability to thrive in a remote working environment
• Fluency in English
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Contribution Minded with Can-Do Attitude
