Disclaimer: This is a night shift role that requires excellent communication skills in English, as all clients are US-based. Candidates must be willing to work during US business hours and have experience with project management software.

Location: Bangalore, India (Night Shift Only)

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator/Manager to join our team in India. You will be supporting the construction team in USA by managing documentation, schedules, client communication, and much more, helping ensure the successful delivery of their projects.

• Scheduling and Calendar Management

• Change Orders and Documentation
• Risk Management and Issue Tracking

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or related field.
• Prior experience in a Project Coordinator or similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in project management software (BuilderTrend, Procore, or similar).
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong understanding of floor plans and ability to read construction drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
