S&P Global Commodity Insights The Team: Editorial Operations is part of the Content Operations Group, which is a shared service across the S&P Global Platts Content creation group. The Editorial Operation teams in Singapore, London, India and Houston. All 4 teams work together and the management team is supportive of collaboration and encourages ideas along with supporting individual ambitions. Platts provides an excellent ground for learning about commodities, operations, compliance, technology and other areas. The Impact: S&P Global Platts publish over 20,000 price assessments every day. Generating accurate and timely information is crucial as our customers rely on this information to help them make decisions every day. An eye for detail, problem solving, decision-making, building repeatable processes and excellent communication is vital for this role. Editorial Operations is at the forefront of defining future state architecture for the price assessment process and this role will be central to evolving our operating model. With changing business format, there are always opportunities within the Content Operations group, Platts or S&P Global other business units. Responsibilities: Support operations team on Agile values, practices, and rules by implementing Agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban. Developing Agile initiatives which shall provide exceptional value addition within the stakeholders, such as internal team, potential customers etc. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Facilitate various Scrum and/or Kanban activities such as: release planning, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives along with stand-up s, backlog reviews, as well as impromptu meetings as needed. Working closely with the leadership team on project planning (waterfall or iterative), resource capacity planning, estimation mgmt., communication plans, roll-up summaries Act as a liaison between different project stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are well-informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle. Flag roadblocks/ bottlenecks reported by the team, which could require cross-team collaboration and or escalation. Ensure project metrics are maintained and published, eg. velocity within Azure Devops, resource plans, quality metrics, productivity etc Support an open, learning, and progressive environment to allow the teams exploration of new solutions What We\'re Looking For: 3+ years of Proven experience as a Agile Project Coordinator or similar role with strong familiarity with various Agile and Scrum elements, such as Agile planning and Agile project management with Scrum & Kanban using either Azure DevOps or any similar tool Experience in sprint planning, backlog management, and Agile methodologies. Working experience in any coding language like VBA, SQL etc., to understand & support interrelated processes. Experience working in agile methodology using either Azure DevOps or any similar tool Proficiency in MS Excel/ MS Office Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. Detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of accuracy in terms of quality deliverables. Strong negotiation, leadership, and written and verbal communication skills Flexible to work in shifts Flexible Working - Team works in general 10 AM- 7 PM & Afternoon i.e 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM Shift on a rotational basis, and if business requirements are there then late night shift which will be 10:00PM - 7:00 AM (Few very instances ex.
