SUMMARY:

We are looking for an experienced technical Project Manager who will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company\xe2\x80\x99s vision and strategy. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery of our mobile app, website, and custom software development projects. You will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your strong knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, along with a deep understanding of the latest trends in the market, will enable you to make informed decisions and effectively lead your team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Execute projects using Agile or Waterfall methodologies, depending on project requirements, ensuring adherence to established processes and standards.
• Collaborate closely with clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors to gather project requirements, establish clear communication channels, and manage expectations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, including developers, designers, quality assurance, and other stakeholders.
• Provide clear direction, set expectations, and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Effectively manage resources and resolve conflicts to ensure project success.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues. Develop risk management plans and proactively monitor and control risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Make informed decisions to minimize potential impacts on project timelines, budget, and quality.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, team members, and senior management.
• Provide regular project status updates, conduct project meetings, and prepare comprehensive project documentation and reports.
• Ensure all stakeholders are well-informed and aligned.
• Ensure projects adhere to quality standards and meet client expectations.
• Develop and implement quality control processes, conduct regular reviews, and perform thorough testing to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in mobile app development, website development, and custom software development.
• Leverage this knowledge to identify opportunities for improvement, drive innovation, and enhance project delivery processes.
• Make timely and informed decisions based on project priorities, client needs, and business objectives.
• Evaluate risks and benefits, consult with stakeholders, and leverage your expertise to make effective decisions that drive project success.

• Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience 1-3 years as a Project Manager, preferably in a technology or software development company, with a focus on mobile apps, websites, and custom software development.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with the ability to adapt and apply the appropriate methodology based on project requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and senior management.
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve project goals.
• Exceptional decision-making skills, with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure and in complex situations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in mobile app development, website development, and custom software development.
• PMP or Agile certifications are a plus.
