:Job Title- Cirrus Project & Change Execution LeadLocation- PuneRole DescriptionThe Cirrus programme is one of Deutsche Bank\xe2\x80\x99s key strategic deliverables, responsible for the delivery of Deutsche Bank (DB) and Google Cloud\xe2\x80\x99s pioneering cloud and innovation partnership. It is sponsored by the Management Board member Bernd Leukert and runs a Steering Committee with several other Management Board members in attendance. Your key responsibilities
  • You will establish & maintain programme and project management frameworks and methodologies to ensure a consistent approach to delivery is taken across the Cirrus portfolio, leveraging appropriate management tools, processes and practices including dbClarity & dbBuyer.
  • You will establish and maintain quality assurance review checks to monitor the quality of reporting and deliverables to drive improvements across the portfolio, ensuring that all projects / programmes are CGF compliant.
  • You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining high quality end to end financial/ headcount reporting and analytical services across all aspects of the Cirrus portfolio, leveraging existing reporting and toolsets where available or generating your own where required
  • You will support budget planning, monthly forecasting, actual vs forecast analysis, vendor invoice tracking, processing of non-labour transactions and software capitalisation
  • You will develop & maintain collaborative working relationships with partner teams including Finance, COO, PMO & Programme / Delivery Managers, providing timely responses to ad-hoc queries when required
  • You will work closely with our Google partners to jointly manage our Google co-investment fund and associated resource on / offboarding
Your skills and experience
  • Demonstrable experience in governing or supporting portfolios of complex transformation programmes with standardised methodologies or frameworks
  • Proven ability to effectively assess and mitigate programme risks and dependencies.
  • Experience in effectively communicating with and positively influencing diverse stakeholders and team members
  • Strong financial planning and control and financial management experience, with recent experience of portfolio budget management and monthly financial forecasting and reporting
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Clarity
  • Relevant experience in the Financial Services industry
