We are seeking an experienced Project Associate to join our team. As a Project Associate, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our supply chain and order management processes. The successful candidate will analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve efficiency by connecting our Retail Clients and enhancing customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong understanding of retail operations, supply chain management, and order management systems. You will:
• Communicate with Partners and Clients to understand, document, and prioritize business requirements.
• Analyze supply chain and order management data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide regular updates and insights to management on supply chain and order management performance.
• Evaluate current supply chain, and order management processes & recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and monitor their impact.
• Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for supply chain and order management activities.
• Participate in project kick-off meetings with all stakeholders for new deliverables.
• Check Project feasibility during initial discussions.
• Perform technical analysis and API mapping, collaborating with the development team to initiate projects.
• Conduct unit testing of products and API testing using Postman collections.
• Offer customer support throughout various stages of the project life cycle.
• Identify and resolve order management issues, including discrepancies, delays, and customer complaints.
• Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain strong relationships with Partners and Clients to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend and implement innovative solutions.

Essential Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail business analysis, Supply Chain Management, or Order Management.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).
• Proficient in understanding and writing SQL queries.
• Familiar with the 'Postman' collection
• Understanding of Agile methodology
• Prior experience in JIRA or other Project Management Tool
• Knowledgeable about Cloud Technology
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Retail Industry trends and best practices.
• Strong leadership abilities and the capability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable Requirements: • Proficient in Database handling
• In-depth understanding of REST APIs
• Understanding of Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) operations.
• Familiarity with integration project concepts.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Analytical & Reasoning ability
