Job Description


Lead and manage dental projects, ensuring effective planning, implementation, and evaluation of activities. Be able to conduct training sessions on dental and oral health as per the guidelines of the project Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop project proposals, budgets, and timelines. Conduct community needs assessments to identify oral health challenges and develop appropriate intervention strategies. Organize and coordinate dental health camps, screenings, and awareness programs in collaboration with partner organizations. Recruit and train volunteers and healthcare professionals for project implementation and service delivery. Ensure the availability of necessary dental equipment, supplies, and materials for project activities. Provide dental treatment and preventive services to underserved communities during project implementation. Deliver oral health education sessions, workshops, and training programs to promote dental hygiene and disease prevention. Conduct oral health assessments, dental screenings, and referrals for further treatment, as needed. Monitor and evaluate project outcomes and impact, collecting relevant data and preparing project reports. Maintain accurate records of project activities, expenses, and beneficiaries served. Collaborate with government agencies, NGOs, and dental associations to advocate for policy changes and improve access to dental care. Stay updated with the latest developments, research, and best practices in the field of dentistry and oral health. Represent the organization at conferences, workshops, and networking events to build partnerships and raise awareness about dental projects. Mandatory Qualification and Experience: Bachelor s Degree in Social Work, Project Management, Public Health, or any equivalent degree A minimum of 1-2 years of work experience in dental health project handling and management Clear and systematic thinking that demonstrates good judgment, expert problem-solving, and creativity Deep understanding of data collection and data analysis tools with excellent command of MS-excel for high-end data analysis Pro-active and self-initiator Experience in organizing and conducting dental health camps and outreach programs Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Computer literacy with good Excel, MS Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint skills Ability to speak in Gujarati is preferred
