Job Title: Project Associate

We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team on a Contract for a comprehensive 2-year program (initially for 6 months). This job offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute to various projects.

Responsibilities:

• Work on assigned projects and tasks.
• Participate in same city rotation to gain exposure to different aspects of the business.
• Complete tasks based on output and meet performance criteria.
• Provide daily updates and reports on project progress to the PoC.
• People who are interested in travelling can also apply

Compensation:

• Commission based earning with a weekly travelling allowance.
• Earn 18,000 fixed and upto 50,000 on exceeding the target (target details will be shared later)
• Travel plus food Allowance extra

Benefits:

• Letter of contract and a badge indicating official facilitator to government body.
• Certification from the recognised government association.

Requirements:

• Must be Graduate (diploma will not work)
• Adhaar Card
• Must have own vehicle with Driving License
• Commitment to the full duration of the 2-year contractual internship
• Smart phone
