This role is deadline driven with usual work hours from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (GST), Monday to Friday, along with the expectation that the PA will be available to track deadlines and follow up on deliverables as needed. The PA must be available via email, MS Teams, and WhatsApp for project-related communications and meetings.Start DateSeptember 2024Role DescriptionThe Project Assistant will assist in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines. The PA will be responsible for maintaining project documentation, coordinating meetings, tracking deadlines, following upon deliverables, and monitoring project progress.The PA will work with the project lead to ensure project plans, deadlines, and deliverables proceed as required. The PA will also assist in developing strategies to mitigate project, client, and business development risks/issues. The PA will provide quality assurance by reviewing every deliverable to ensure accuracy, completeness, and high quality.The PA MUST have deep understanding of advisory and consulting frameworks (Strategy, Policy, MERL, QA, eLearning/Training/Capacity Development) so that the PA can support project implementation teams.The PA will be required to understand the requirements of each project that Altamont Group implements as well as comprehend each project related document.This role is ideal for someone who is detail oriented, loves coordinating, has great writing and editing skills, and can quickly grasp key project information.Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Maintain project documentation, including project schedules, status reports, meeting minutes, and other project-related information
  • Maintain/organize SharePoint folders and files
  • Coordinate project team meetings and follow up on action items
  • Assist in tracking project progress against project plans and budgets
  • Communicate project status, issues, and risks to project stakeholders
  • Collaborate with project team members to ensure timely completion of project tasks
  • Assist in conducting research and preparing reports as needed
  • Ensure project data and documentation are stored appropriately
  • Assist with other project-related tasks as required
  • Facilitate communication between the lead consultant and executive team throughout project life cycles
  • Assist project leader to manage project management documents such as the
, budget, schedule, or scope statement * Assist the project leader and project team to ensure project deadlines are met
  • Execute a variety of project management administrative tasks
  • Review each project deliverable to ensure AG quality standards
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings with stakeholders/clients along with maintaining interview contact list and database
  • Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings
  • Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings
  • Develop PPTs and briefing notes for pitch/business development meetings
  • Provide research support to the CEO
  • Communicate with stakeholders/clients
Required Skills and Experiences
  • Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a project assistant or in a similar role
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
  • Ability to coordinate
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in MS Office, SharePoint, and project management software
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
  • Ability to manage deadlines efficiently
  • Exceptional English writing/editing abilities
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

What We Offer
  • This is a fully remote/WFH opportunity with ZERO travel
  • The anticipated compensation is INR 40,000 - INR 45,000 per month
