Job profile :

? Co-Ordination with Consultants

? Getting architectural drawings done from initial stage to completion stage;

? Co-ordination for approvals and revisions of working drawings;

? Coordination with Rera Consultant

? Getting structural drawings and documents

? Getting architectural drawings done from initial stage to completion stage;

? Co-ordination for approvals and revisions of working drawings;

? Documentation of all plans of all projects

? Getting other execution drawings and documents like Plumbing, Electrical etc.

? Providing basic data for design;

? Co-ordination for approvals and revisions of said drawings;

? In house Design and planning

? Conceptual layout for any new concepts/building;

? Taking care of sales plans

? provide sales plan, broachers and 3D views;

? Directing Project Execution team

? Explaining design and basic concepts to project team for execution;

? Minimizing construction cost

? maintaining competitive cost of the product and better Customer relationship management;

? Explore the options for design and new technologies;

Expected Skill set :

Knowledge of Auto CAD
