Job Description
Must have experience in Designing of Apparel Retail Industry- Designing Store Layout- Space Planning- Construction Drawings- Estimates & BOQs- Interior Designing (Must be proficient in industry standard designing software and tools)- Coordination with the vendors, site engineers, contractors and inhouse teams- Execution (End to End) - Furniture, Fixtures, Lighting, Music System, CCTV- Project Execution- Vendor Negotiation- Manage Cost and ensure that the project is within the budget- Timely Project Completion- Interact / Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
