This includes Top Employer\xe2\x84\xa2 and Great Place To Work\xe2\x84\xa2 accreditations.Learn more atDeliver and execute a robust, adaptive Project and Portfolio process that is globally consistent allowing for regional variance as required.Define the Critical Success Factors (CSFs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the process globally and regionally.Lead monthly Global Process Owner meetings including regular status updates to stakeholders.Provide the description, mission statement, roadmap, strategy, process objectives and metrics to measure success and obtain formal approval for the SACM process and its associated procedures.Monitor and review the execution of the SACM process at a high-level, ensure it remains consistent with the organization\'s current culture and IT Service Management strategy and ensures coordination with all other IT processes.Manage, monitor, review and update all procedural documentation and work instructions.Manage any new requirements or changes to the Process.Interfaces with other processes and/or business functions to ensure they can leverage the benefits provided by the Project and Portfolio Management process.Directs, prioritizes, and schedules audits; ensures that any corrective action identified in Process and/or Database audits are carried out.Conducts Agile ceremonies for ServiceNow development groups.Plans, organizes, and manages special projects staffed by the ServiceNow development groups and provides coordination of the various projects to ensure alignmentQualificationsExperience and Skills:Bachelor\'s degree in business, Project and Portfolio Management or related degree and seven (7) years of relevant experience or combination or education, experience, and training.Ability to adapt to a continually changing environment while managing multiple priorities.In-depth knowledge of Project and Portfolio Management processes and practices.Competencies and Behaviors:Analysis: Identify and understand issues, problems, and opportunities; compare data from different sources to draw conclusions.Communication: Clearly convey information and ideas through a variety of media to individuals or groups in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the message.Exercising Judgment and Decision Making: Use effective approaches for choosing a course of action or developing appropriate solutions; recommend or take action that is consistent with available facts, constraints, and probable consequences.Technical and Professional Knowledge: Demonstrate a satisfactory level of technical and professional skill or knowledge in position-related areas; remain current with developments and trends in areas of expertise.Building Effective Relationships: Develop and use collaborative relationships to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals.Client Focus: Make internal and external clients and their needs a primary focus of actions; develop and sustain productive client relationships.Additional InformationCertifications:Project Management certification; PPM, Prince II, Agile and/or SCRUMStrong analytical, administrative, presentation, and project management skills are required.Experian Careers - Creating a better tomorrow together
