If youre looking for a challenge and meaningful role, youre in the right place.About you and this role - What you would do in this roleResponsible for understanding and implementing the Project Administration Operating Discipline.Assist in the placement of all purchase orders for the procurement of equipment and material necessary to build the facility. Verifies documents are formatted correctly and ensures all documents are included from the design disciplines.Responsible for processing, compiling, reproducing, distributing and filing (hardcopy or electronic) project documentation in a timely fashion: Material Specification Transmittals (MST), Purchase Orders, Supplier Document Control, invitation to bids and Scope Criteria Consistency Reviews.Responsible for quality and timely issuance of labor contract packages which contain information necessary for bid and construction of Dow's facilities. Develops and maintains written specifications and drawing list. Responsible for ensuring all drawings, details and specifications are included, correctly billed-out and properly assembled for reproduction and distribution of contract packages to the project team and construction contractors.Is the focal point for all project moves associated with assigned project. Responsible for ensuring move work orders are correctly completed and submitted in a timely fashion for all project team members coming into and/or leaving the project area.Communicate with site PDC (Project Document Coordinator) to assure documents are added to the plant library.Assist during project closure and the establishment of maintenance files.Set up project distribution lists and rosterPlan project meetings and special eventsResponsibilities - Duties, projects, tasks, and activities you would be responsible for in this role.
