Key Responsibilities :- SEO Management : Develop, implement, and manage SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic to our website.- Advertising Campaigns : Plan, execute, and optimize online advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, social media, and other relevant channels.- Lead Generation : Create and implement strategies to generate high-quality inbound leads, leveraging SEO and advertising efforts.- Digital Listings : Ensure Work elevate is accurately listed in relevant digital estates and directories to enhance online visibility.- Online Reputation Management (ORM) : Monitor and manage online reviews, social media mentions, and other aspects of our online reputation to maintain a positive brand image.- Performance Analysis : Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of SEO and advertising efforts. Use insights to make data driven decisions and optimize campaigns.- Collaboration : Work closely with other marketing team members and departments to align strategies and ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.Requirements :- Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, Technology, or a related field.- Proven experience in online advertising, and lead generation.- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and tools.- Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.- Strong communication and organizational skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.Preferred Qualifications :- Experience in ORM and managing online brand presence.- Knowledge of additional marketing tools and software.- Previous experience in IT Services or Software Product.
