Role - Lead Java DeveloperExperience : 6+ YearsLocation - Pune (Work from Office )We are looking for a skilled Lead Java Spring Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in designing and building high-performance, scalable, enterprise-grade applications using Java and the Spring framework.Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications using the Spring framework.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code.
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure the code meets the standards and guidelines of the project.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications remain current and competitive.

Requirements:

• Proven hands-on Software Development experience.
• Proven working experience in Java, JPA, Spring Security, Spring boot, microservice, Kafka
• Hands-on experience in designing and developing applications using the Java EE platform.
• Object-Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.
• Profound insight into Java and JEE internals (Classloading, Memory Management, Transaction management, etc.).
• Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL, and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate).
• Experience in the Spring Framework.
• Experience with test-driven development.
• Experience with build tools such as Maven, Gradle.
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject.
