Job Description


Qualifications- 7+ years of experience in digital media / programmatic across display, video, social and/or mobile; in-console experience with audience-based RTB media with the ability to manage bid pricing and optimization levers to meet client pacing and performance goals. Should have good knowledge of Tools like DV360 / TradeDesk / Quantcast / LiveRamp / GAM / GDN etc. Command of digital media maths Understanding of ad networks, exchanges and/or auction marketplaces and ability to define \'programmatic buying\'. Proficiency in MSFT Office; with experience in manipulating data within Excel (pivot tables, lookup functions, etc.) Strong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills. Maintaining a profound attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Ability to quickly learn new technologies and stay on top of a constantly evolving suite of platforms, vendors, and inventory offerings. Roles are Responsibilities: Build solid relationships with advertisers, displaying a dedication to delivering first-class service and advertising solutions. Flawlessly execute end-to-end campaigns, liaising with advertisers. Effectively negotiate and align spends for defined cadence (week / month/ quarter / sale event). Analyse campaign performance against key metrics to identify, recommend, and implement optimizations to increase efficiency, drive high renewal rate and meet advertisers KPIs. Keep regular track of defect metrics (like high ACoS) and ensure a timely nudge to advertiser for course-correction. Monitor and communicate campaign progress to the advertiser through regular, in-depth activity reports and insights, using this knowledge as a basis for future campaigns. Troubleshoot any technical or implementation issues, collaborating with internal teams to develop quick and sound solutions. Serve as a source of market intelligence for other areas of the Advertising team (e.g., product development, product marketing, pricing) & assist in the development of best practices and operational efficiencies. Co-lead monthly and quarterly reviews with advertisers Drive operational excellence to ensure SLA adherence and client satisfaction. Resolution of any financial issues faced by advertiser and escalate un-resolved issues to POC.
