Job Description
This is a full-time and hybrid role for a PLC & SCADA Engineer who will be part of our team in New Delhi but can work remotely sometimes. The PLC Engineer will be responsible for designing, programming, installing and maintaining PLC systems for industrial processes, ensuring that they operate efficiently and safely. Additionally, this role will support the development, testing, and commissioning of new projects.Qualifications
- Diploma or higher in Electronic Or Instrumentation field
- At least 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience with PLC in industries such as oil and gas, petrochemicals, chemicals, power, steel, food and beverages, and pharmaceuticals
- Knowledge in PLC programming languages such as LAD, FBD, SCL, STL
- Familiarity with Industrial Control Systems (ICS) cybersecurity principles and standards
- Strong problem-solving skills, communication skills, and the ability to work in a team environment
- Willingness to learn new technologies, tools, and techniques of PLC systems
- Fluent in English with excellent writing, speaking, and interpersonal skills
- Programming skills required - STL, SCL
- Database scripting and reporting working knowledge is an added advantage
