Abhaar Foundation is seeking applications for the position of Program and Research Manager based in Goa, India. The purpose of this role is to build awareness and manage engagement with key stakeholders including governments and humanitarian organizations to support the foundation\'s vision. In this role, you will:

• Build awareness through partnerships with media, organise events, develop and promote outreach collateral, establish a network of partners.
• Lead on the data collection and management across the organisation, be responsible for analysing and feeding back insights from responses, to strengthen our work and provide information about the impact of our work and the difference it makes.
• Lead on organisational level reporting; providing research, data and insights to support strategic and operational decision making.
• Develop, manage and commission internal research and evaluation into the impact of India\xe2\x80\x99s migrant work on the wider platform.
• Manage all assigned administrative requirements of the projects, including procurement, contract set-up and compliance, grant reporting, deliverable tracking, etc.

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

• Degree in social sciences
• Minimum 3 to 4 years management experience with an NGO
• Strong verbal and written communications skills in English
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and influence at all levels
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Knowledge of India\'s landscape to appropriately represent the migrant worker\'s issues to outside stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of Hindi
