Position: Program Producer

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, produce, and manage the execution of programs, including pre-production, production, and post-production stages.
• Develop creative concepts and program formats to meet audience and organizational objectives.
• Oversee scripting, scheduling, and logistics for smooth program execution.
• Collaborate with the production team, hosts, and technical staff to ensure high-quality output.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to meet production goals.
• Conduct research to ensure program content is accurate, engaging, and relevant to the target audience.
• Monitor and evaluate program performance, making adjustments for improvement when necessary.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in program production for television, radio, or digital platforms.
• Strong understanding of the production process, including scripting, editing, and technical requirements.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
