Through our partnerships, we are revolutionizing healthcare for the worldxe2x80x99s most disadvantaged and vulnerable people. In India, Jhpiego works across various states in close collaboration with national and state governments, providing technical assistance in the areas of family planning, maternal and child health, strengthening human resources for health, and non-communicable diseases. These programs are funded by USAID, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the Childrenxe2x80x99s Investment Fund Foundation (CIFF), MSD for Mothers, and other anonymous donors.The Program Officer (PO) will play a key role in supporting the successful implementation of the Manyata 5.0 initiative, which aims to scale and sustain quality maternal and newborn healthcare across India. Based at the proposed locations, the PO will oversee the day-to-day operations of the program, working closely with healthcare facilities, Centers for Skill Enhancement (CSEs), and other stakeholders to ensure the program's objectives are met. The PO will work under the guidance of the Senior Program Officer (SPO)/National Program Officer to drive quality improvements in maternal healthcare, assist in certification processes, and facilitate the integration of Manyata standards in healthcare facilities.
