Job Description

Facilitate planning events for the Financial Management and OTC teams (PI Planning, solutioning sessions, etc.)


Drive delivery of committed work and/or major projects through program and cross-program coordination using metrics and data to inform status


Ensure deliverables have clear business outcomes with appropriate change management and training plans for adoption


Drive decisions and take actions in support of the larger area's strategic direction


Own communication and report status on program delivery at a regular cadence


Manage program risks and issues and escalate impediments


Manage Technology program budget and resource allocation


Drive relentless continuous improvement using expertise in agile and lean best practices
