The app is a leading effort to bring powerful and helpful creation tools to people, on their mobile devices, utilizing Google\'s ML and AI expertise to make the process of creating and editing videos easier and faster. In this role, you will support YouTube Create in developing, testing out and deploying new, intelligent technologies within YouTube, as well as one of the preferred choices for mobile creators across the globe, with differentiated functionalities and tight integration with the YouTube ecosystem. Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, UX, Technical Program Managers and cross-functional partners across YouTube to drive complex cross-team priorities through the product development life-cycle. Align and coordinate with YouTube Advanced Capabilities and Effects organization to accelerate deployment of new technologies in YouTube Create.Establish operational best practices to drive efficiencies in coordination across multiple time zones. Leverage continuous process improvement methodology to execute define/iterate processes and improve execution, velocity and productivity as the team continues to scale. Support the team with all required elements of project planning and delivery, using the knowledge of project methodologies including tools and techniques. Manage risks, dependencies, and facilitate quick escalations as needed.
