• 3+ years of program or project management experience
• 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
We are looking for a Program Manager to run complex and cross functional projects. This role is part of the FBA Program team at Amazon India. The role is a high impact role where the incumbent will drive large projects that impact multiple business functions and enhance seller experience. The program will typically involve defining the charter and goals, driving cross functional initiatives to achieve the goals, designing and building complex new processes, and setting up operating mechanisms including reviews across multiple business verticals.
The incumbent will own the following -
1) Responsible for driving compliance initiatives that work seller backwards and enhance seller experience.
2) Responsible for detailing the program charter and drive sign off from leadership. Work with internal teams within 3P (FBA and ES) and with IN Operations, Finance, Supply chain execution, transportation and other Amazon teams.
3) The program manager will develop a roadmap and metrics to measure progress of the initiative they own. They will also own writing reports that detail the progress to leadership on a frequent basis.
4) Demonstrate bias for action and own operations for some of the processes related to the program.
5) Liaise across functions to drive the program and resolve issues and bottlenecks.
6) Work with product/technology teams to scope out and drive any product changes that are needed
Above all, we expect program managers to be single threaded owners for their initiatives. This is a high ownership position where you directly control your destiny.
Program Managers will be measured on the impact of their project. Depending on the project, clear financial or other impact goals will be set forth. It is the program manager's responsibility to ensure they drive the program towards achieving those goals.
• 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
• 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
• Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
• Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
