At Eaton India Innovation Center, Center for Secure Cyber-physical Systems is currently seeking a Scrum Master to join our team! This position is based at our office in Magarpatta City, Pune. This role is of the Program Manager for Edge platform team in our center in India, you will be closing work with the Brightlayer Edge team and will be leading the diverse team of talented embedded software developers, test, DevOps engineers, and more in the SM capacity. You will work with Product Owner to set the priorities, ensuring the achievement of deliverables and other milestones, and improve the way we run our agile. Qualifications Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science/Electrical/Electronics Engineering from an accredited institution required. Preferred - Master\'s Degree in Computer Science/Electrical/Electronics Engineering from an accredited institution. Overall 9+ years of experience, preferably in the embedded domain Minimum 4+ years of experience in the Scrum Master/Program Manager role Candidates with Scrum master certification will be given preference. Experienced with software estimation techniques, leading multiple scrum teams Ability to work within matrixed environments.
