Communication to MLH/ COC during finalisation process to take feedback and provide that to GPP
Monitoring and communicating changes in Cycle Plan
~Multi Project Monitoring in terms of Quality, Cost & Timeline for all ongoing projects and proactively reporting gate delays or issues for further decision making with OC
~Proactively raise alerts when there are expected delays and push for discussion on those projects.
~Preparation of Dashboards/Reports for management review and automate the same in digital platforms
~Development of Resource Forecasting Tool and maintaining the same along with inputs from COCs -
Integrate and automate that on internal digital platform
~Publishing of Monthly Events (Gates, SOP, Trainings, Benchmarking) Calendar to COC Heads, Weekly Gate Tracker Dashboard reporting delayed and upcoming projects and IPC Submission TrackingAcademic Qualification & ExperienceB.Tech with 4-6 years of experience.Technical Skills/Knowledge7-10 years in Project / Program Management
