Minimum qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Engineering, or Operations Research, or equivalent practical experience. 10 years of experience in program / project management or supply chain / operations Experience in managing a team as a people manager Preferred qualifications: Master\'s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Engineering, or Operations Research 3 years of experience in hyper-scale compute and/or networking delivery Experience manipulating large data sets with Tableau, various scripting languages (i.e. SQL, Python), and/or spreadsheet software About the job A problem isn\'t truly solved until it\'s solved for all. In this role, you will manage cross-functional projects in resource planning and delivery in one of the world\'s most impressive computing infrastructures. As a Machine Delivery Program Manager (PgM) within the Global Infrastructure Group (GIG,) you will work with Google\'s Product Areas, and be accountable for a smooth end-to-end order life-cycle, culminating in on-time delivery of capacity resources Behind everything our users see online is the architecture built by the Technical Infrastructure team to keep it running. Responsibilities Develop deployment plans and fulfillment strategies in partnership with Product Areas and the supply chain team Communicate health, status and actions to stakeholders including Product Areas, GCD Leadership and Partner organizations Collaborate across organizational levels and boundaries to improve efficiency, cycle times, reliability, predictability and on-time delivery Oversee and ensure successful execution and on-time delivery of these plans and strategies, and troubleshoot issues, identify risk areas and develop mitigation strategies
