Program Managers - would be managing individual projects and owning specific case problems to solve them.
- Identifying key issues and bottlenecks in the process of delivering orders
- Planning and leading initiatives to improve customer-experience
- The candidates should have program manager/ Project manager experience
- Leading the development of programs to support the organization\'s strategic direction and managing long term goals.
- Drive high performance and customer focused culture.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in program management roles in fast paced organizations.
- Strong communication skills.
- Leading the development of programs to support the organization\'s strategic direction and managing long term goals.
- Drive high performance and customer focused culture.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills and Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Expertise in Excel and databases
- Bachelor\'s/PG Degree from an accredited university or college.
- Results-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, can work individually with minimal or no supervision
