A Mumbai based company, recognised as a pureplay software testing service provider in the BFSI segment is seeking a Program Manager for its Life insurance Vertical THE COMPANY offers a range of testing facilities like performance, functional, security etcThe company has experts in areas of banking, financial services, life insurance, risk and compliance, technology effectiveness, investigations and quality assurance.The program manager- with their knowledge of the different functionalities of Software testing- specifically, automation testing- will create a unifying experience for the client- by being the one point of contact for the various projects that are running at any given point in time. The individual will manage a team of people from each of these departmentsResponsibilitiesDriving business growth through spearheading deliveries of projects and turnover for THE COMPANY\'s Life insurance vertical \xc2\xb7 Ensure deliverables are optimised \xc2\xb7 Meet timelines and ensure customer satisfaction \xc2\xb7Accuracy in estimating the size of the project and defining deliverables \xc2\xb7 Preparing and obtaining approvals for IT Revenue, Capital and Manpower budgets based on corporate guidelines while Monitoring and optimizing IT spend.Skills / Experience \xc2\xb7 Desirable to have worked on \xc2\xb7 10-12 years in the insurance segment \xc2\xb7 currently managing 5-10 peopleEntrepreneurial mindset \xc2\xb7 Effective resource Manager- optimal utilisation of human capital so as to ensure that they are effectively deployed and continuously trained. \xc2\xb7 Should have a keen eye for cost control \xc2\xb7 Ability to delegate and get the work done from teams \xc2\xb7 Should be ready for travel to client sites for kickstarting and troubleshooting projects
