Develop and implement policies, procedures, and controls to ensure legal compliance across all aspects of program operations.
Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of contracts and agreements related to program implementation, including vendor contracts, partnership agreements, and service agreements.
Conduct legal research and analysis to support programmatic decision-making and ensure alignment with legal requirements and best practices.
Work closely with program teams to develop project plans, budgets, and timelines for program implementation, ensuring that legal considerations are integrated into program design and execution.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that program activities are carried out in compliance with legal requirements and organizational policies.
Monitor program progress and performance, identifying legal issues and providing guidance to address them in a timely manner.
Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including program staff, management, and legal counsel, to facilitate effective communication and collaboration on legal matters.
Collaborate with external partners, including government agencies, nonprofits, and legal experts, to leverage resources and expertise in support of program objectives.
Represent the organization in legal and regulatory forums, meetings, and negotiations, advocating for the organization\'s interests and objectives.
Travel
As and when required, across the country for project monitoring and execution as well as for coordination with geographically distributed teams
Qualification
Post Graduate + 5 years of experience Or CS/CA +3 years of experience

Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards applicable to programmatic activities.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to anticipate and mitigate legal risks.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively to non-legal stakeholders.
Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve common goals.
