DESCRIPTION

COMS tech team needs a dedicated program manager to track and manage all the different projects and initiatives that the team works on. The Program manager will manage different projects for tech team in partnership with tech, product, business and operations. The Program Manager needs to ensure operational rigor while tracking projects end to end. He/she will be the strategic point of contact for the tech team and must therefore be comfortable and confident liaising with remote teams and senior leaders.

Responsibilities

1. Track and manage the projects that the Tech team works on including SDE bandwidth allocation, project requirements and progress of the project
2. Understand and manage new requests for projects or requirements and work with the tech team to check feasibility of the projects
3. Co-ordinate with the Product Manager(s) for publishing release notes and launch announcements
4. Manage stakeholder communication across multiple lines of business on operational milestones, process changes, escalations etc. Escalate blockers at the right time
5. Collaborate for UAT with Tech team, Product Manager(s) and stakeholders
6. Participate in project status meetings and publish the project flashes

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Bachelor\'s degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
