: "Responsibilities

• Monitor project progress against plan and address any project shortfalls.

• Proactively manage risks, respond to client escalations and troubleshoot delivery or engagement issues to provide effective delivery governance.

• Enhanced customer experience on all existing engagements Work closely clients to manage client relationships across business, technology and operations

• Organize mindshare workshops with the clients and practice units for potential new opportunities Deliver projects in different engagement & pricing in a global delivery model

• Create opportunities for organic growth within the assigned portfolios

• Ensure delivery and contractual compliance across the portfolio

• Ability to work with client stakeholders for India based captive setups

• Supply Senior Management with Forecasts/Budgets within agreed timeframe.

• Participates in presales/sales activities to understand and agree feasibility of contractual undertakings prior to signing of contract.

• Strong communication skills is a must and ability to effectively work with both internal and external stakeholders

• Experience in delivering large and complex multi-years global programs

• Knowledge of project management methodologies(Waterfall & Agile) and flexible approach to their application

• Proven track record of working with offshore teams to deliver multiple projects running in parallel

• Excellent interpersonal and people management skills"
