Should be able to manage a team of 2-3 members.Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire), Dashboarding, maintaining trackers.Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting and Boolean searches) Good sourcing skills.Should be able to guide the team on their targets, new sourcing methodologies, process , SLAs ensuring team meets the hiring targets.Must have experience in hiring Skillsets like RPA A360 hiring, Dot net core, Automation testing , Agile, ETL, RPA support etc.Working in an evolving healthcare setting, we use our shared expertise to deliver innovative solutions.
