Youll focus on designing, developing, and implementing communication programmes and media events to promote and sell the PwCs brand and services as well as contribute to and evaluating our pricing strategies in the marketplace.Our Sales and Marketing Generalist - Practice Support team focuses on designing, developing, and implementing communication programmes and media events to promote and sell PwCs brand and services as well as contribute to and evaluate our pricing strategies in the marketplace.Strategic Account Management / Program Management/ Central InitiativesThe ideal candidate will possess a strong background in program management, cross-functional coordination, and partner relationship management. This role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in data analysis and presentation, and experience in account management within a consulting or advisory environment. Knowledge of Salesforce is highly beneficial.:

  • Drive and manage multiple internal strategic initiatives/ projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery. Develop comprehensive plans, track progress, and report on performance. Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams and partners to ensure seamless execution of multi-competency projects. Facilitate communication and coordination among stakeholders. Resolve any issues that arise during project execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and account teams. Act as the main point of contact for project/ initiative related process, issues, and inquiries. Ensure alignment of activities with overall team objectives.
  • Adopt and align the account management program and initiatives. Guide the account teams to adopt the best practices and track the same. Participate in the development of the account plan, the periodic review process, and the overall strategy.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for the account teams, partaking in periodic reviews, strategy discussions, and delivering key actionable insights at the overall level - while using tools, research, and frameworks to help build long-term growth plans for the accounts.
  • Coordinate the utilization of account management methodology & business development tools.
  • Identify and drive strategic initiatives to support the leadership. Analyze market trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations. Communicate complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to support business decisions. Utilize various data analysis tools and techniques to generate insights. Present findings in a clear and actionable manner.
The Ideal candidate should have:
  • Account Management/ Program management experience in a Consulting/Big4/ IT/ ITES organization
  • Proven track on managing client/ partner relationships
  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Strong business acumen/ understanding of professional services/ consulting space
  • Experience in project/ program management and ideating/ driving initiatives
  • Experience in Salesforce, data visualization tools, customer-360. Good to have.
  • Excellent cross-functional coordination abilities.
  • Strong data analysis and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
