Org: India AcceleratorAbout Org:India Accelerator Impact Labs, a leading startup accelerator focused on social impact, is seeking a highly motivated and organized Program Manager to lead a critical project on climate change and adaptability in collaboration with a multi-lateral organization. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on environmental sustainability by managing a team of experts and driving project success from inception to completion.Responsibilities:Project Management:

• Lead the climate change, sustainability or adaptability project from start to finish, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with multi-lateral organization representatives and diverse partner stakeholders (domain experts in water, waste, plastics, and construction).

• Resource Management: Effectively manage a dynamic team of researchers, coordinators, and designers, fostering collaboration and maximizing their contributions towards project goals.

• Communication & Reporting: Provide clear and timely communication to the Impact Labs team and multi-lateral organization regarding project progress, challenges, and milestones. Prepare comprehensive reports on project activities, outcomes, and impact.

• Adaptability and Problem-solving: Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements while maintaining focus on achieving project objectives.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably within the non-profit or social impact sector.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate diverse teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Excellent communication, written and verbal, with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience working with multi-lateral organizations or complex stakeholder environments is a plus.
• Prior experience in climate action or related projects is desirable but not mandatory.
