:Experience required - 7+ Years into Electronic Manufacturing ServiceKey Responsibilities:Report to Promoter directly; utilize deep industry experience and know-how to rapidly launch and scale MedTech businessResponsible for development & execution of operational workplan; provide regular and timely status reports to internal management teamFormulate business strategy and drive execution; play an active role in onboarding critical global & regional partnershipsRoles and responsibilities1) Stakeholder & Program Management:Work closely with promoter to build EMS business from scratch. Work in startup mode by managing a small team to drive resultsConduct regular check ins and track project progress through KPIs; define clear goals to drive accountabilityClosely track implementation and ensure timely achievement of milestones2) Sales Support:Use strong industry knowledge/ problem solving skills to conduct customer assessment and evaluation for their requirementsClosely assist promoter in pre-sales processes & documents; Initiate cold- reach outs to customers & support entire Sales cycle3) Strategy & Operational Support:Support Tech lead with research required for product portfolio finalizationRefine execution plan basis learnings from pilots, scaleup across marketsDrive open communication between teams to ensure zero delaysMust have skills-

• 7+ yrs of experience in senior managerial position in EMS business/ 5+ yrs of experience in management consulting
• Relevant roles: Project Manager, Project Lead, Senior Manager
• Degree Requirements: BTech/ BE or MBA
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams & driving business growth
