Growth Strategy:
Collaborate with the sales team to build a pipeline of businesses seeking cross-border enablement services.
Agency and Freelancer Network Building:
Establish and maintain a network of agencies and freelancers/gig-workers who specialize in tasks related to international market enablement.
Vet and onboard partners, ensuring they meet quality and service standards.
Client Onboarding:
Lead the onboarding process for new clients, understanding their business needs and tailoring solutions for successful international market entry.
Coordinate with the network of agencies and freelancers to execute onboarding tasks efficiently.
Operational Oversight:
Provide ongoing support and guidance to the network, ensuring the smooth execution of tasks such as product listing, localization, and customer service.
Monitor operational performance and implement improvements as needed.
Marketplace Compliance:
Stay informed about international marketplace regulations and compliance requirements.
Ensure that clients and the network of agencies adhere to all necessary guidelines.
Performance Reporting:
Develop and maintain reporting mechanisms to track and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) for client success and network performance.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project milestones and achievements. Client Success:
Ensure the successful onboarding and growth of clients on international marketplaces.
Network Expansion:
Build and maintain a diverse and capable network of agencies and freelancers for operational support.
Operational Efficiency:
Optimize processes and workflows to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Marketplace Presence:
