Job Description


  • The incumbent will lead the 3 key functions in the ecosystem- Business, Supply & Operations to drive sustainable growth and incremental Market share via problem solving for existing gaps and devise out of the box ideas to cement our position both in more matured and fast growing markets
  • Responsible for ensuring maximum absorption of Drone Services within the State and also growing the states revenues with P&L responsibilities.
  • Leading the Sales team in initiating new service users (Customers) and managing relationships with existing ones, thereby ensuring a healthy mix of both.
  • Laying down the roadmap for new account acquisition for the city and ensuring its execution.
  • Strategizing and executing all account related initiatives from operational troubleshooting to activations.
  • Maintaining a strong relationship with Service Users.
  • The incumbent will closely work with the Operations team in delivering the best Customer experience while having a 360-degree view from Customer Care to Delivery Executive Safety to Optimal utilization of resources.
  • The new hire will be managing the administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible.
  • You can also create a resource bank or support files that ensure your client can easily track and access any necessary information in your absence or long after the project is concluded.
  • The incumbent will represent us at local events and with local PR, manage local regulatory concerns and local politics.
  • You will help scale the city through developing and sharing best practices
  • You will ensure continue to grow revenues and customer/driver base in the city
  • Desired Skills:-
  • Relevant work experience of 7+ years in Sales and Marketing or Operations with a penchant for Leadership.
  • Should have experience in Dealing with Government Organizations like Police, Municipal Corporation, Development Authority Etc.
  • A competent decision-maker with the ability to create and execute a strategic sales and marketing plan for the region.
  • Excellent Communication Skills - Should be Proficient in communicating with Senior Government Officials
  • A visionary who can foresee the Macro factors affecting the business and strategize preemptively.
  • Graduate/postgraduate from premium institute, with proven negotiation skills and effective communication skills (Verbal skills: English and Hindi/Local Language)
  • Identifies, builds and uses a wide network of contacts with people at all levels, internally and externally.
  • High on ethical standards.
  • Job involves traveling up to 70%
  • Required Skills: Microsoft Office especially Excel & PowerPoint
